as the age grows, i seriously feel my body function is getting weak, i mean healthy. =(
sigh...not a good thing after all.. i have oni oat/milo and bread/biscuit during my lunch time since i started to work in my current co, 1yr ago. The nutrition always said tat we shd take rich portion in our breakfast, 80% full in lunch n eat less in dinner, for a healthy diet too. but mine one is like terbalik, dinner is the riches for my day! mmm.. but dont get me wrong, i am so agree with the nutrition, just tat my working environment doesn't allow me to do so.
Well, i know this is kinda unhealthy, noticed especially after a year now. my immune system is obviously getting weak too. but i will be leaving this kind of lifestyle, very soon!! =) **hope everything goes smoothly**
...always step into clinic recently... really found tat healthy is very important, n pls note tat prevent is always better than cure. i know u know this, but how many of us do apply to this?! u will look for delicious instead of healthy in food, believe me!! =) We tends to neglect the nutrition tat we need in a day, but dont forget healthy is about a lifetime, u still fine now doesn't mean u will be the same in future, so pls pls pls... start to watch up ur health! should aware of proper nutrition n balanced diet for urself !! right now!!
